Please take time to read through our terms and conditions thoroughly and ensure you understand them before commencing a project with us. By requesting designs and/or services from Caz Grafix CC, you agree to these terms and conditions, entering into a binding contract requiring payment.

General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all contracts entered into by clients with Caz Grafix for services related to design, printing, copywriting, visual media, brand identity, illustrations, images, and photography (artwork).

Revision Policy

Caz Grafix will not charge for additional revisions of artwork as long as the client’s requests conform to the original design brief and are communicated within the agreed timeline. Any work outside the original brief will incur a fee of R650 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. All prices exclude VAT, and additional expenses will be charged accordingly.

Quotation and Payment

Quotations are based on the design brief and expected time investment and may change if additional work is required. All time estimates are based on business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. A deposit may be requested before work begins, and payment is expected upon receipt of the invoice. By remitting a deposit, the client accepts these terms and enters a contract with Caz Grafix. If no deposit is requested, acceptance of the terms is implied when services are requested.

Caz Grafix will invoice for the remaining balance before commencing posting or printing. Services will not proceed until full payment is received. If the client is uncontactable for over 30 days, Caz Grafix reserves the right to invoice earlier. Projects exceeding 60 days may also incur charges.

All payments must be made within 30 days of invoicing. If the client cancels a contract, they will be invoiced for work completed, minus any deposits paid. Caz Grafix will declare a project completed if no response is received within 30 days of providing concept artwork. Legal action may be pursued for non-payment.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for approving all artwork proofs and ensuring accuracy regarding design, spelling, grammar, illustrations, images, and quantity. The final accepted proof will be the version submitted for prints and/or web construction, and there will be no reprints at Caz Grafix’s expense. 

The client assumes all responsibility for ensuring that all submitted artwork complies with copyright laws and that necessary permissions have been secured. Caz Grafix retains ownership of copyright over all concepts and draft artwork until payment is made in full.

Liability and Force Majeure

Caz Grafix is not liable for any loss or damage related to the use of its services. The client uses all information and materials at their own risk. Caz Grafix will not be liable for delays or damages caused by factors outside its control, such as war, strikes, government restrictions, and other unforeseen events.
